most of the items I have listed are pre-owned, but I do have several items that are new with tags. I'm pretty good about sending lower offers whenever anyone adds any of my pre-owned items to their favorites.
I strive to keep my prices the lowest possible when I list anything, so I don't usually send or accept lower offers on any items I have that are new with tags. I'm sorry in advance & I hope ya'll understand.
