Frequently Asked Questions:
1) Do you reduce/negotiate prices? Yes. All reasonable offers will be considered, but I’m much more likely to negotiate if you are buying more than one item or are a repeat customer.
2) Do you accept swaps/trades? I do not swap items. I’m moving across the country, so I’m trying to get rid of as much as possible before moving day.
3) Do you accept returns? I do not accept returns. If you are worried that an item may not fit you, please request measurements and photos on mannequin before you purchase. If you make a purchase and it does not fit you, you can absolutely re-sell the items on Vinted, but I will not accept the item as a return. Again, I’m moving across the country, so this is an effort to reduce what I am moving.
4) Will you model an item or send additional photos? Yes, on a mannequin only. I have a 2x sized half mannequin that I use to model items. I'm happy to send as many photos, take measurements and answer any questions you have so that you are comfortable and confident with your purchase.
5) Why are there tags missing? Most of my items don’t have size tags as I have very sensitive skin but rest assured the sizing is right and I’m always willing to take additional photos or give you exact measurements to help you see if the item will work for you. I am an honest seller and I never misrepresent where the item comes from.
6) What condition will the clothes arrive in? All new with tag items are noted in the description. Items without size tags are also identified. Any items with damage of any kind will be listed in the description but 99% of my items don’t have any damage, just basic light wear. I live in a smoke-free home. I do have 2 cats so while I wash all items before shipping them out, you’re bound to have a few hairs on your items)
