We do inspect our items and take pictures before dispatch, If an item has imperfections these will be listed and an image provided on the listing, please ensure you read listing fully as refunds/returns will not be accepted for items with already listed imperfections.
These are preloved clothes and will not be in perfect condition unless stated in the description, please do remember this when purchasing.
We source all of our clothes in the UK and don't believe in adding to landfill, the UK has more than enough beautiful pre-loved clothes waiting for there new home.
All items are cleaned before dispatch but would recommend washing before wearing as you would with any preloved purchase as items are stored after cleaning.
Items that have tags attached will also be steamed and cleaned but should also be washed before wearing as you would any preloved item.
All items are packed securely with images and weight taken
Same day dispatch for orders up to 17.00 except Sunday which will be posted Monday morning
