We are a non-smoking household, so you can shop with confidence that everything is free from smoke odors.
🧼 Cleaned with Care
All clothing items will be washed beforehand unless they’re new or labeled "dry clean only." I always recommend cleaning plush toys when you receive them, as many have been in storage for years (sometimes decades) and may have a musty or aged scent.
📫 POSTAGE: All orders are sent via Yodel. I aim to ship same/next day, though depending on my work schedule, it may occasionally take a bit longer. You’ll always receive an update when your item is on its way!
⚠️ To avoid the need for returns, please feel free to reach out for any additional details before making your purchase. I always describe the condition of each item, but if you need specifics on flaws or measurements, just let me know. I’m happy to help!
⚠️ Due to previous letdowns, I generally don’t reserve items. However, if you’re truly interested in something and are ready to purchase, I will consider reservations depending on interest and how long you need it reserved for.
