Pre-loved clothing, condition is no less than I'd expect to receive myself, any below standard items get donated to our local nursery or clothing bank. No clothes thrown away 😊 prices are set for the quality and brand value (i do not sell quality items at primark prices) all packages are sent in jiffy bags I personally buy and all items are washed and clean, creases are purely down to storage, as a busy household and working parents I do not have time to iron items. Happy buying and selling 😁
