For returns, I highly recommend messaging me as soon as you see an issue with the product especially if the item you received is different from what was advertised. We can sort it out using Vinted’s returns process. I put in the description any flaws/issues with the products (if any) I’m selling so PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION FULLY. It is buyer’s responsibility to check product upon receipt and to report issues, if any.
