*** I don't ship with ROYAL MAIL, YODEL or INPOST. Don’t select these options from the shipping options. I can't remove them but won't use them. If you select them, you will need to cancel your purchase to get a refund, and this could affect your star rating.
The Vinted Royal Mail postage fee is insufficient to cover the actual shipping cost, and as there is no tracked option now, it's open to abuse. InPost and Yodel are now too far out of my way, and inconvenient.
*I don't sell to people with no buying history or reviews. If you want to build a Vinted buying history, buy some low cost items and get five star reviews by paying promptly and leaving positive feedback. Don't leave it to the app to pay automatically. Communicate respectfully with the seller.
*No swaps or offers.
I've put the lowest amount I'd actually accept, to save everyone's time and energy. I decline all offers and block time wasters. If you can see it, it's available, and I'm not reducing it.
*I don't reserve items. If you want it, buy it.
FAO: SELLERS
I've bought some brilliant stuff on Vinted, from honest people who deserve their five star reviews. I've also bought some absolute garbage, because sellers have lied/omitted information/posted old photos/photos selected to obscure faults and damage.
Vinted really works well, but only if sellers are transparent.
If you sell me your dodgy crap, with wonky sleeves/twisted seams/worn out soles/different sized shoes/shrunken clothes ironed flat for photos, or rubbish you have described as Very Good/Good/Worn Once and photographed deceptively, be clear: I will not pay you.
If you can't be bothered to acknowledge my purchase (even though I can see you've been on the site and it takes three seconds) and then you've been slow sending it, I'm probably going to cancel. Courtesy costs nothing. There are lots of people on here selling great stuff and I don't need to buy from rudies.
BUYERS: I do my best to make sure people who buy from me are happy, and the majority of Vinted buyers are brilliant. I leave positive written feedback to reflect a great experience. Auto-feedback from me means there was a lack of basic courtesy, poor communication or, it was left to the app to pay.
