Please always read my descriptions and MEASUREMENTS that are given as SIZES VARY ACROSS BRANDS, which is why I go to the trouble of measuring them. If you are not sure, please find something in your wardrobe that fits and measure that and see how it compares to the item.
If an item is significantly not as described, then I am happy to pay the cost of a return. If you have not checked the measuremenst listed and an item doesn't fit, then it's only fair that you pay for the return.
