I’m a real person behind this page, and I try to treat people the way I would want to be treated. Questions are always welcome. Need a measurement, another photo, or want me to double-check something before you buy? Just ask. I’m happy to help, and reasonable offers are welcome too.
I ship daily except Sundays, since our post office is closed. I personally take every package to the post office and hand it over so I know it has officially started its trip to you.
I do have pets, and I do my best to remove both their hair and mine before packing. Every once in a while, though, a rogue hair may decide it also ordered a vacation. 😄
I inspect my items carefully, disclose the flaws I notice, and pack each order with care. If you ever have a question or concern, please reach out. I believe most things can be handled much better with a kind, honest conversation.
