Lola Young is a bold, genre-blending artist from South London whose music captures the chaos of love, heartbreak, and self-discovery. At 23, she released her debut album This Wasn’t Meant For You Anyway, a raw mix of pop, hip-hop and indie. She began writing songs at 11, honed her craft through open mics and pub gigs, and signed with Island Records at 18. Her music speaks to the messiness of youth, mental health, and growing up in real time. With collaborations with Tyler, The Creator and Lil Yachty, and support from Sza, Little Simz and more, Lola brings honesty to everything she creates. Known for tracks like “Messy” (which spent a month at UK #1) "One Thing" and “Conceited,” Lola’s unfiltered storytelling and powerful vocals have struck a global chord. This has gained her two Brit and three Ivor Novello nominations.
