I prefer to sell items made here in the UK wherever possible for both quality and sustainability purposes. I package everything with care and using recycled products. I never sell drop shipped items bought from outside the UK so you can be sure your spending your money on ethically sourced items.
I have a 14 day no quibble return policy providing your item is unused, tagged and is returned in all the original (please use the oiriginal cardboard box too) packaging. I will not accept returns where there is marks or make up on your item for hygiene purposes. These will not be refunded. I take great care to describe, picture, package and send your item carefully but should you have any issues please do contact me as soon as possible. I do use a mannequin to give you an understanding of how your fascinator will look but please note the mannequin is slightly smaller than a human head.
