↪️ PRO SELLER = we offer RETURNS! But please please please try on as soon as you receive and advise if unsuitable asap. Returns are all handled via vinted and you just pay the return shipping. You should know within 1-2 days of receiving if it doesnt fit/suit. Its unfair to other brides who might want it to sit on the decision to return for ages.
🙅♀️ We take return fraud very seriously. Everything is videoed before sending as proof of its condition and any attempts to wear and then return will be refused. Tags etc must still be in place. DO NOT WEAR FAKE TAN OR MAKE UP WHEN TRYING ON OR FORCE IT IF ITS TOO SMALL or we might not be able to accept the return.
✂️ ALTERATIONS are essential to make any wedding dress fit. These are not cheap elastic gowns. They are properly constructed garments and EVERY bride (yes including you!) needs tailoring to get the proper fit (no matter what dress or where you buy it) unless you are 5’9 and model proportions. There is a 90% chance it will be too long. Most dresses can be brought in 1-3 sizes, but letting out is not always possible or recomended. Please do not order if you cannot be bothered paying for alts and just expect the dress to fit perfectly out of the bag, it won’t and is a waste of your time and mine.

📲 Shopping via the app only, NOT AVAILABLE TO TRY ON IN A SHOP - Y’all must be crazy if you think we could run shop overheads, staff, tax etc while charging £100 for a £1500 dress! Vinted prices = vinted service. I don’t invite strangers from the internet to come into my house either - please dont be a weirdo about this???!! You order, try on at home and return via vinted if unsuitable. If that sounds unreasonable, why are you looking on vinted for wedding dresses?
❌ Not cheap tat from shein etc, proper structured non see through dresses! (Unless its designed to be sheer)

🎁 packaging is minimal to save on environment and reflect the insane savings. But we never send in damaged boxes, if its beaten up on arrival please take pictures as proof incase need to claim against courier.
