Sadly over the time I have been selling on Vinted some parcels have very occasionally gone missing. I canโt be held responsible for delays with courier companies or parcels that go missing. With protection cover added to each Vinted order missing parcels will be refunded after the date vinted specify. I know it is frustrating waiting but please be patient if this should occur.
