I size all shoes myself as an ex shoe sales person of 8 yrs . My experience is this a 46 is an 11. Google size images put an 11 at 44.and 46 .So I have always sold shoes in uk sizes .
If I sell 11 its 11 ect. But i cant vouch for a persons width. so I sell them with width fit 10 inches or less at widest part all round. Thankyou.
