Généalogie Vintage specialises in vintage clothing restoration and resale online and at pop-ups in NE Florida. My pieces are one of a kind, and range from antique to Y2K. You’ll also occasionally find contemporary items for sale in my online collections, including designer items!
When possible, I document the history of a piece, including designer information, where it was made, who wore it and where! ✨

ETHICAL & SUSTAINABLE
Généalogie does NOT sell thrifted/charity shop items. As a former nonprofit professional, I learned about the negative impacts “overpicking” from thrift shops for online resale can have on low-income communities.
All my items come directly from the previous owner or are bought at auction. Généalogie’s prices can reflect this higher cost acquisition method, but I know my customers understand the importance of supporting ethical fashion!
I try to avoid single use plastics whenever possible. Your purchase will ship in recycled, reused, or compostable packaging 99% of the time. Please reuse or recycle packaging ♻️
RESTORED & UPCYCLED
Généalogie Vintage restores damaged items through deep cleans, seamstressing repairs, and “parts” replacement (ie: replacing worn buttons for new ones). All items can be assumed to be “restored” unless otherwise noted. Any flaws that are not repairable or are minor are described to the best of my ability in my listings, but things do get missed occassionally!
All Généalogie pieces come fully laundered unless otherwise noted in the listing. I use nontoxic, plant-based detergents only when hand-washing vintage pieces!
Sometimes, Généalogie also offers “upcycled” items made from extremely damaged clothing. These are truly one of a kind and handmade by me!
