This Emerson Sensi is like-new. Was only in service less than a week. Replaced only because our new AC system came with it's own thermostat. Easy installation. Requires a standard 24 VAC low-voltage power source (20–30 V). Can run on two AA batteries for most heating/cooling systems without needing a common C-wire. NOTE: This thermostat requires a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. It is NOT compatible with 5 GHz networks.
