In good used condition. Some pilling on top. Is a little see through. One drawstring has thread that is fraying. Also the buttons and button holes have some loose thread and fraying on threads. Top has loose thread on it as well. Material is rayon. Refer to measurement pics for accurate size and pics for condition of top. Comes from a smoke free home.
