I’m 5’5” and it is a little long but with heeled shoes/wedges it is the perfect length. Super comfortable and cool! It is size medium but it has an elastic waistband so it could possibly fit anyone who wears a large. It has a deep v-line neck. It’s only been worn a couple of times.
