Antique Noritake Lusterware Teapot Hand Painted Made in Japan Morimura 1920s 1930s
Beautiful vintage Art Deco Noritake porcelain teapot featuring a striking peach/orange lustreware finish. The exterior has a wonderful iridescent sheen accented by elegant gold trim on the handle, spout, and rim.
The bottom features the classic antique Noritake backstamp: a green "M" (Morimura) inside a laurel wreath, topped with "Hand Painted" and underlined with "Made in Japan." This specific mark dates the production of this piece between 1921 and 1940.
