This is THE ultimate summer garment. It is as light as a feather. It can be worn as a beach cover up, or with a midriff top and just about any color you like. It is obviously multi colored. The main colors are bright yellow and orange. They are offset by blue, green, purple and a little white. Mermaids dance in the surf at the bottom.
