No. D 213,147", dating this piece to the late 1950s/early 1960s.
The internal loading channel features the original Swingline copper-plated accent slider and is clearly stamped "FOR ALL STANDARD STAPLES." This means you do not need to hunt for rare or obsolete vintage staples—it works perfectly with the standard staples you can buy at any store today!
