Normal wear. No stains or tears but small amount of pilling under arms. Disclaimer: all of my clothes have been stored in storage totes in my garage for about 6 years. Most have a slight storage musky smell that will come out when washed. It's up to the buyer to wash unless you ask me to wash before shipping
