Chelsea & Violet Pink Tie-Dye Layered Ruffle Mini Skirt. It is a lightweight linen-blend fabric and has tiered ruffles with lace trim. Size tag has come off however it has to be a small to medium. Excellent condition barely worn so not sure why the little tag is gone??
