Beautiful collected set of four vintage artisan decorative eggs from Asia.
The green, pink and white floral egg is Chinese cloisonné enamel, intricately worked with fine gold-tone wire separating the individual enamel colors.
The remaining three are hand-painted Kashmiri papier-mâché eggs from India, finished in the traditional lacquered style. Designs include elaborate floral and botanical patterns along with a wonderful figural scene influenced by Mughal and Persian miniature painting.
