The item is a beautiful vintage Christmas Around the World Elf Bottle Topper by House of Lloyd,. It is really beautifully done with soft velvet, gold brocade trim & bells all around. Very Festive & Decorative. I think this style is called Jingle.) He is tall, almost two feet, with a long skirt - so he sits very nice and straight. Excellent condition. I have seen some people who call him a puppet - but I do not believe he was intended that way. He is definitely the nicest Bottle Topper I have seen & makes a lovely festive decoration.
