Condition: Good vintage condition overall with normal surface/edge wear. There is a small tear at the upper edge/spine area of the exterior binding, as pictured. The majority of the binder holes on the final page of the index are torn; the page is still present and could easily be stabilized with adhesive hole-reinforcement stickers.
