Vintage Painted Mannequin Head,/Chalkware Hat Display, dates 1976 by someone who took a local class 3 small knicks on back of head (on the hair bun). I don’t believe this is ceramic, it seems more “chalky” to me but chalk or chalkware was not an option under material in the description.
